Fit-out Works and Standards
All fitout plans and any alterations to your tenancy require landlord approval prior to the commencement of works. Refer to clause 3.1 and 3.2 of your lease for full details.
The following are the core principles that guide the fitout policies for the Geyser Building and the following should be shared with the contractor completing your fitout drawings.
Sustainable fitout guidelines:
As many of the existing materials as possible are to be reused in the office fit-out.
When new materials are required, the supplier must provide an end of life solution (excluding landfill). Imitation materials and unsustainably sourced furniture are not permitted.
Waste generated in construction must be diverted from landfill, either for re-use or recycling.
